Yes. The course starts with the foundations, then walks you through Chris’s 10 Executable Steps. You’ll learn what to do, why each step matters, and how the process fits together. You don’t need prior investing experience, but you do need to put the training into practice.

Lease options can create opportunities without obtaining a traditional mortgage to purchase the property upfront. However, this doesn’t mean every deal requires no money. Marketing, option payments, professional services, and other expenses depend on your approach and the deal. The training helps you evaluate those costs before committing.

Premium includes everything in Standard, plus a private 60-minute intro call to create your implementation plan, a separate private deal review session, and 90 days of private email support.

You can ask Chris questions about applying the training, seller conversations, and evaluating potential deals. This support is educational; legal documents and transaction-specific legal questions should be reviewed with your attorney.

Both plans include 12 months of access to all course materials and the Creative Finance Collective, along with 12 monthly live group Q&A sessions. Q&A replays are added to your course so you can revisit the discussions.
