All decisions made based on our courses, coaching, and resources are your sole responsibility.
3. User Responsibilities
When using REIRemix, you agree to:

- Refrain from sharing your account credentials, course materials, or coaching session content with others.
- Avoid engaging in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or compromise the platform or services.
4. Coaching Services
Our one-on-one coaching sessions are designed to provide personalized guidance and support for your real estate investing journey. By booking coaching sessions, you agree to the following:
- Coaching sessions are non-transferable and intended solely for the registered user.
- Sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 3 days in advance. Missed sessions without proper notice may not be refunded or rescheduled.
- Coaching does not constitute financial, legal, or investment advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and features on REIRemix, including but not limited to course videos, coaching materials, text, graphics, logos, and software, are the intellectual property of REIRemix or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Course and coaching materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or resold.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
REIRemix, its courses, and coaching services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform’s performance, accuracy, or reliability. Your use of the platform, courses, and coaching is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, REIRemix and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, courses, or coaching services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Payment & Refund Policy
By purchasing a course, coaching session, or subscription through REIRemix, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued in accordance with our Refund Policy. Please review the specific terms for each product or service before purchase. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course or coaching materials may result in account termination without a refund.
9. Course & Coaching Access
Courses: Upon purchase, you will receive access to the course materials for the duration specified at the time of purchase. Access is non-transferable and intended solely for the registered user.
Coaching: Coaching sessions are delivered as scheduled and are non-transferable. Failure to attend a scheduled session without proper notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
We reserve the right to revoke access to courses or coaching services if these Terms & Conditions are violated.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if you violate these Terms & Conditions or engage in any activity that we deem harmful to the platform, courses, coaching, or other users.

REIRemix may include links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these third parties. Accessing them is at your own discretion.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
