I'M CHRIS

Hi, I’m Chris Goff, and I’ve been in real estate since 1999. When I first started, I didn’t have a dime to my name, so I dove headfirst into learning every ‘no money down’ strategy I could get my hands on. I was eager to get started and closed my first deal pretty quickly. Now, I’ll be honest—I was lucky to just break even on that one. It taught me a valuable lesson: not all advice is good advice.

MY STORY

I didn’t start with money or experience, but I didn’t let that stop me. By learning from my mistakes and blending knowledge from others with what I discovered through trial and error, I created a system that eliminates common pitfalls and maximizes income. Within my first 12 months, I closed 46 deals with no money down!

Word quickly got out, and people began asking me how I was doing it. One conversation led to another, and today I’ve completed over 500 real estate transactions. I continue to expand my ventures and develop innovative tools to empower investors. Along the way, I’ve been honored as one of the top 30 entrepreneurs in America, co-authored a best-selling book, and appeared on the Brian Tracy show aired nationwide.

Real estate changed my life, and now I’m focused on helping others achieve the same success.
